There are no communal fire detection and alarm systems fitted at Dokimi Court. The property maintains a delayed/stay-put fire evacuation policy where occupants of flats and areas other than where a fire starts should not need to leave the building in the early stages of any incident unless they are directly affected by smoke or heat or wish to leave having become aware of a fire incident.

Flats are provided with domestic heat and smoke alarms that raise an early warning signal within a flat where smoke or heat are detected – on hearing the alarms within your flat you should leave immediately following the instructions provided in the property fire action notice.
