Portable fire extinguishers are provided in plant rooms and other parts of the building where they are required as part of a 'work-place'. These are intended for use only by suitably trained persons such as emergency service personnel or the service contractors who may attend to the fixed systems on site. Residents and their visitors should not attempt to use this equipment.
